You will need to source your own courier to return your items. Please ensure that all items are returned in original condition & packaging. All items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days from delivery date. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your return tracking number. Please note ECHT are not liable for returns lost in transit.

SALE ITEMS- All items that were purchased during a sale or from our outlet can only be returned for a store credit or an exchange in sizes/colour. FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

REFUNDS- All items that were purchased at full price can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Excludes full priced items with automatic discounts.
